FAMILY LAW

When we say "Family Law" today, lawyers generally are referring to cases involving:

  • Divorce (child custody, property and debt division, child support and alimony)

  • Paternity

  • Child Custody Modification

  • Visitation Rights

  • Grandparent Rights

  • Child Support Collection

While all court cases are, generally, very emotional for the parties, "Family Law" cases can be the most difficult on the attorney-client relationship. My policy is to advise a client what is likely to result. I will work hard to accomplish my client's objectives., and I will work hard to present evidence to support your case and to prepare you and "your" witnesses for trial.
