ABOUT MY PRACTICE

I am a sole practitioner. My office is located at 409 N.E. 1st Street, Pryor, Oklahoma.  My office staff include Attorney, Kristy Perry, who has been with my practice for twenty (20) years. Kristy started with my practice as a Legal Assistant and made the decision she wanted to further her education in the Legal Field. Mrs. Perry was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) in September 2014.  Mrs. Perry works offsite on a contractual basis. Her duties include research and document preparation.  Tamyu Miller, is currently my Office Manager/Legal Assistant and has been with my practice for five (5) years.

Gerald R. Lee

Bio

Gerald "Jerry" Lee was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1951. After graduating high school in Tulsa in 1969, he attended The University of Tulsa. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a history degree in 1973. He was accepted into The University of Tulsa Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor of Law in 1977. After passing the Oklahoma Bar examination in 1978, Jerry was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association to practice law in the State of Oklahoma on April 28, 1978.

Mr. Lee enlisted as a member of the Oklahoma Air National Guard. He served from 1970 through 1976 and again in the Oklahoma Army National Guard from 1979 to 1981.

Mr. Lee began his law practice in Pryor in 1978. Between 1981 through 1987 Jerry practiced primarily in Tulsa. Jerry returned to Pryor in 1987 because he cherished the small town feel and wanted to help the people in this community. He has continued his practice here for the last thirty-three (33) years.

​

Mr. Lee's law practice includes a vast range of matters from court cases as complex as murder trials to as simple as small claims matters and just about every in between. Mr. Lee has prepared hundreds of bankruptcy cases and has an excellent tract record of helping everyday people during their financial crisis. Mr. Lee is very knowledgeable in helping clients plan for their future regarding their estates and final wishes. He has prepared hundreds of estate plans ranging from small simple estate plans to multi-million-dollar estate plans.

Mr. Lee does represent a few "local businesses" in the Pryor and surrounding areas, but the vast majority of his clients are ordinary everyday people that just need help.

 

Mr. Lee has continuously been a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association since his admission in 1978.
